I don't know, I don't think this one stands up as a whole as well as their other albums. It's certainly better than
Hypnotize and Mezmerize, but I don't get why people say it's their best album. Another thing is Serj's vocals, while
humorous and passionate, can be extremely annoying.

Dynamically, why they did not embed more Armenian influences into their whole style as they progressed in their career always seemed a missed opportunity. Those pieces shone. e.g. PeepHole.
