really love the concept of this and the production, it's very eerie and the songs underneath all the fucked up tape recordings are brilliant too

"That last song veers into unintentional comedy though. At first it was really unsettling, then it became funny, and then it became annoying."
This is my issue with sinner get ready and most of this album, I love the ideas shes shooting for but i almost burst out laughing when the vocals go TOO over the top than i just lose interest.

The best way I can describe this is a farmer family from the 1800s that was haunted by an exorcist demon, owned a beat up piano, and had their old music recordings recovered by ghost hunters in their old abandoned farm house one hundred years later in 2023. This is their story.

This might be a 5 tbh. I'm obsessed with how eerie and unsettling it is but still its somehow uplifting. Fucking insane.
