They had such a solid sound on the last record, now they sound like any other metalcore band at times. "Deadwood" and "Poison for the lost" are still two great tracks.

What's crazy is that even The Supreme Oppressor had some great vocal hooks. I'm thinking Turbulence and even Visions of Demise. They've never had a need to strip down their sound to fit in great vocal hooks.

After Cycle of Suffering hearing the singles Worship Decay, Immovable Stone, and Heavy Is The Crown I really thought those songs and more like them was what we were gonna get with this new album.

I definitely think Conclusion Of An Age and Edge Of The Earth were incredibly consistent and surprisingly in-depth for what were still technically metalcore records. They've definitely had at least a handful of good, highly listenable releases. That's why it's so hard to stomach material like this. The drop off is real.
