I didn't want to like this, it's precisely a type of music I tend to not particularly care for, but...
For some reason I was intrigued and put it on and never wanted to stop it. I think "a treat" is a good way to put it, this is kinda what I wanted Haken to make.

Fuck yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
It's absolutely scratching an itch p much nothing else can for me, it got an insane amount of play from me this year, swept my wrapped. The vocals being incredibly strong does a whole lot for them but the virtuosity combined with the tight ass catchy writing isn't hurting them either.

Honestly that was the single that sold me on this maybe being something special. Beautiful subtlety.

Finally got my vinyl and it's gorgeous looking and sounding.
Seeing these boys on Monday at a little venue I used to play at all the time when I was in a local band, the entire set is Coma/Safehouse/Legend/Blink and I am stoked as hell. I've listened to this album an embarrassing # of times, there's just nothing else that hits the same with the same vibe.
They're opening for Wheel whom I've never really listened to and will be happy to dip a few songs into their set and go to bed at a reasonable hour yeehaw.

Hell yeah, enjoy! Wouldn’t mind a copy of this on vinyl myself. Would be perfect for a cozy sunday afternoon.
