Kill It With Fire is the best track by far, but they can’t even stick to the bit for more than a minute.

Yep. A one minute track really saves this from being a complete disaster for me lol

Danny's not a bad singer lmao what's going on here honestly I like his sound. Closer had me welling up a bit.
Bigger issue is how shamelessly FTTWTE/CSOABS Architects half this album sounds like. Put Sam Carter on vocals and this is literally a new Architects album, down to the questionable vocal melody choices even. And even that's nitpicking.
PS: that's rich as hell coming from you Tundra. You love to pick and choose your slickly produced rock/metal lol

These guys still exist? Huh how about that. Isnt Danny a massive twat

I guess this band missed the cut for the ten year effect to let them get more respect lol

stand up and scream still br00tal
|

Stand up and scream does have some tunes teen me likes in my early ventures of music. These guys never really stood out enough or made enough of an impact for long term respect. I think most people will go with "one or two i sorta like" but overall i think its a band that got you in the door and then you moved on from them pretty quick
|
| |
idk i still dig it pretty much front to back
danny is a terrible vocalist [2]

stand up and scream wasn't good but was at least somewhat fun ala the attack attack debut, modern AA is overproduced and boring
|
| |
The scenecore band that got left behind in a way i guess
|
| |
asking alexandria so bad, you'd get bullied irl for liking them back in 2007-2010
scenecore is trash, but these guys took it to a whole new level
at least attack attack were somewhat self aware

Part of.me wants to recheck a song from Stand up....
But then again theres a lot of other music i could listen to instead
|
| |
no go listen to when everydays the weekend right now
pika at my school everyone would go to tdwp/chiodos/asking alexandria concerts except maybe the nerds so kinda the opposite experience from what you had

If you’ve heard one of their breakdowns, you’ve heard more Stand Up. It’s so repetitive
|
| |
yeah cant deny that
|
| |
tdwp and chiodos have some good material
can't say the same about aa
|
| |
i think aa actually perfected that sound and brought it to a new level and no one could replicate it after that. but you know each their own

All's Well and Bone Palace have super pitchy and polarizing vox, but they were super creative and interesting releases when they dropped. Illuminaudio is a good time too. TDWP has some good albums (With Roots, Zombie, Transit Blues), even Plagues was better than anything AA did.

debatable

not really
