I thought I forgot how to speak English listening to Starcatcher
I ordered the special target vinyl and the clear one from Greta’s official site. They both come today so I wanted to wait to listen for the first time on vinyl. That’s the way I did it for Peacful Army and Garden’s Gate. I was excited so I put on the first 2 songs on my ride to get my oil changed. I literally thought my brain lost the ability to understand English. Fate of the Faithful like wtf was that. I couldn’t understand a single word. It sounded so jumbled and messy. I blasted it and listened as close as I could but I couldn’t make out a thing. Messy messy messy no no no. I’m not a music specialist so I describe it as someone throwing up in the toilet. Very spacey sounding like “hallow” like if you were playing in a toilet bowl and also jumbled as if it’s all being thrown up at once. That’s my best technical analysis. Please please please tell me the rest is better.
