Doesn't matter whether it's meant to be fun or not. Also, this isn't really so much chill as it is boring and lame.

If you actually pay attention to Get Rich you'd realize it has ace production and top notch rapping from one of the best voices in hip hop.
His early mix tapes are great too.
As for Drake I won't argue but if you think Take Care is trash your opinion is invalid

Get Rich or Die Tryin is amazing yeah. I love the first 2 Drake albums too but I’m not into his other shit at all tbh.

Yeah his way of combining rapping, talking, and singing is crazy. He's smooth but hard as hell. Similar to Snoop in that way. Whereas I couldn't pick out anyone from here or tell you why they're unique or interesting.

Don't get me wrong I really like some of Drake's stuff (Scorpion included) but comparing him to these guys is a bit off

I disagree. If we're talking influence Drake has probably influenced just as many people as tribe.

Lmao

Was Drake more inspiring during his wheelchair phase or his flabby rap phase? Question for the generation..

Album Rating: 4.0
You say lmao, but I guarantee 90+% of modern rappers are influenced by him in some way
|
| |

That might explain why most modern rap is bad while good albums are not nearly as abundant as before
Or at least that's the case with mainstream rap

I'm sure many people would argue against that. It's just not your type of music, doesn't mean it's necessarily all bad.
