This album is not thrash at all. At least the black album has some thrash songs on it. They changed their style so they could try to sell like Metallica. Megadeth are just as much of sell outs as Metallica. At least the music on the black album was good. Countdown to extinction is mostly boring. Megadeth is over rated

I've always loved his style tbh, he's shot nowadays but his voice on everything pre-Risk added a really biting cynical edge to the lyrics.

Oh yeah lol, dude can't sing whatsoever but he never needed to really.
Especially given at Megadeth's peak hardly anyone was writing better riffs than ol Dave.

I prefer Metallica overall to Megadeth but this>Black Album. Mainly because Symphony>Enter Sandman. Actually any song on this is better than Sandman.
Unforgiven might be my favourite overall though from both albums.
