Just spent the last of my bday money on this album. I was gonna get Death-Human but FYE didnt have it =(
Anyway, what ive heard prior to owning this album (Hangar 18 and Tornado of Souls) arwe fantastic, and i love classic thrash. Plus, it seems like a popular album, so i decided i might as well get it.

Ive been listening to a lot of Megadeth recently. I still think this is slightly overrated though, I prefer Peace Sells

Loving this. I think my favorite is Hangar 18, the riffing is just..perfect. Its very close between that song, Holy Wars, Tornado of Souls, and Polaris however, could go anyway between those four.

It's sad that if you say Hangar 18 to most people nowadays, they don't go "Oh, that's a kick-a** Megadeth song", they go "Man, that was a really hard Guitar Hero II song. Didn't, like, Kirk Hammett play their guitars?".

I'll be picking this up, but should I get the original or the remastered version? I read somewhere the remastered as some recent vocal work because they couldn't retrieve old copies of it. Get the remastered, it sounds so much better.

Get the remastered, it sounds so much better I agree, except for Mustaine's vocals sound way better on the original, especially on Take No PrisonersThis Message Edited On 12.30.07

Wow, that deep voice on Five Magics is easily one of the greatest vocal failures I have ever heard.
