Personally, I like that he's fused his sound from Sadness into this project over time so I get why someone who preferred this stayed its own very different sounding thing would like the early ones better.



But I love the fusion.

he's also started adding those edm influences from his earlier separate projects into his most recent albums here, so i'm impatiently waiting for trha to slowly morph into altar of plagues.





as far as sadness goes tho i hope he does a pop punk blackgaze album at some point.
