On first listening I’m failing to see what’s so special about this album. I mean, it is very interesting and cohesive as a whole but I’m not hearing anything specially outstanding here, aside from Apollo which I really enjoyed.

Ok, I totally missed how great is If You Are to Bloom, probably the best song imo. The opener, Afternoon with the Axolotls and Apollo are also highlights for me. I think that my issue is with the second half as Dreamboat, The Inuit Promise and the closer feel kind of lackluster compared with the strong tracks of the first half.
