If only I'd thought of the right words
I could have held onto your heart
If only I'd known of the right words
I wouldn't be breaking apart

Words cannot, nor will they ever adequately describe the utter heartbreak of losing the girl whom you were with and loved for nearly a year. Being lied to, manipulated, and cheated on by the hypocrite woman I absolutely loved for so long... It hurts and it's been over 3 months since its ended. Fucking hell it hurts. Despite what she did to me, and me hating her with every fiber in my body, I still love her. I love what she was. The last 2 months of our relationship were rough and she became a hypocritical lying bitch, but before she was amazing. I hate her more everyday, but the worst of it all is that I love and miss what she was and what we had even more everyday and knowing that I cant nor do I truly want that, rips my heart out every single day of my life. I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep for around 5months. Its all just horrid and I can shake it, despite meeting a new girl whom likes me a lot. I have fear for repetition. I never really understood some of the songs off this album or any album really. So many artists sing about this shit and you can say you understand, like I did. but when something like this happens to you, you'll feel it and probably as soon as you get that connection with the words, you'll probably cry like a baby. I don't know guys... It hurts. But so many songs mean so much more to me and I finally feel as though I 'Get' them, ya know? I'll shut up now, but all I can say is "Untitled", man. Jesus Christ. The lyrics are just... just too good.

Ok so far I have Have A Nice Life's debut, this, Marquee Moon, Unknown Pleasures, and White Light from the Mouth of Infinity as my faves of postpunk. However this album is a gem that rises slightly over them all. Any other albums in the same vein?

If you haven't cried to Closedown, it's time to man up and give in to the feels.
