Hmm, it's a step below for me. Nothing on here bangs as hard as Trust or Awe At All Angles. Alpha Jam is a jam and a half though.

Yeah Crux is still a bop, it’s just preference. For whatever reason the production on Crux has me consistently thinking I’m listening to a Tremonti record lol

All three albums are great though

This album is what post-grunge should have sounded like

This album is what happens when you stop trying to fit your rock music under a label.

Not sure I get what you’re trying to say there, but I definitely enjoy most of this and it rips

Okay I’ve quickly adjusted my rankings. After going back and checking out Crux for the first time in awhile I gotta put this album in third, with the debut and Crux being a tier above. This album is definitely missing some energy and pizazz

Honestly I’m not a fan of the track order. This album feels slow in comparison to the first 2, and track two kills the momentum for me out of the gate

But yeah this is still great, it’s tough to top the first two albums

I think it's great. If anything it's the first one that I rate the least, it's all over the place.

Also check out their Freak EP if you haven't, it's the good stuff

Not even close. I mean apart from having a soulful singer and distorted electric guitars lol.

Mmm I can't say I hear Incubus here but if you can hit up KROQ and convince them of it I won't stop ya lmao

I can't hear it. Saturated guitars and soulful singer, that's about it?

One band came from funk-rock, the other is clearly more metal.

Apparently Nick Lee has been in the hospital for the past few days, no word yet on what specifically happened but it sounds serious... They had to drop out of opening for Cave In and the guy who designs most of their visual stuff posted an insta story today asking people to send him thoughts and prayers

I'm really fucking worried

Goodness, according to his IG he’s supposed to be getting married in less than two months too… man gotta feel for their whole family too

The bands account made a post that said something happened during rehearsal for a gig, so idk if that means it’s a preexisting condition or what
