this might just be my favorite cave in album. I feel like it doesn't quite reach the highs of some of their other albums, but I just love the consistency of it.
Plus it has so many sweet ear worm riffs

Sometimes straight forward Cave In hits just as good as weird/proggy/complicated Cave In

Album is too long but that Reckogning / Wavering Angel combo is 👌

There are about 4-5 songs i really love but a lot of forgettable filler. Blinded by a Blaze is a big of a milestone as Big Riff or Sing my Loves are imo

Hardly any of this is filler to me, I think Cave In struck gold with this release

Hard or soft? I think Jupiter is by far their best, but it's also among the softest things they've done.

i can swing both ways depends what mood I'm in
gimme one of each...looks like jupiter is in for soft

Depends if you’re a metalcore guy their debut or White Silence is good but overall probably Jupiter.

feel pretty confident saying this after seeing them a second time in a different city: these guys are head and shoulders the best sounding loud guitar band i've ever seen. like crystal clear. whatever it is they do, other heavy bands need to copy it

Cave in and Mutoid always sound top notch live

Still great this album. Might be my favourite Cave In
Kind of wild how this band has effortlessly juggled different genres. I'm glad they no longer play metalcore haha
They played in London not long ago but on a Monday evening... bummer.
I've got tickets for Mutoid next month now, though.
