"This grew off me a little, the best parts of this record are seriously some of the best music I’ve heard in a while, but I feel like there’s a few songs that drag. I really don’t feel like this needs to be 75 minutes."



Yup been saying this since it came out, very good, but would be so much better trimmed down

Would I be right in saying this has a almost religious quality to it, gospel, perhaps? Lots of church like reverb

Ok, not gospel, I'm not versed in this field of music so I'll look dumb I'm aware, definitely christian sounding, anyway

There are some hints of gospel (on “Sun-Bleached Flies” in particular) but there is absolutely a bit of a CCM sheen to several moments here.
