I know this is the Dischordia thread but Haunter's new one slaps, looking forward to that review Notrap
almost half the length of this, which is maybe a simultaneous blessing / curse kind of deal

I'm planning on dropping it Thursday, Demon, unless my professional life says otherwise. I think shorter albums work well within the guys' style.

Okay, I just got done listening to this. Wow. Great album. It's so grimy, otherworldly, and creepy. And it doesn't skip out on developed and heavy metal riffs.

Been listening to this one again this morning - shame it seems to be slipping under the radar - top notch stuff

Yeah this is one of my favourites of the year along with Artificial Brain and Rolo Tomassi.

I was very excited to listen to this, since a very similar band in both name and semi-dissonant style released one of my favorite albums last year. That album was, of course, Degenerations by Diskord. Dischordia sounds even better than Diskord in many ways because it has less punk and more death metal influence, but both bands really stand out and have massive appeal to death metal fans.

Had a long drive today for a work meeting. Had me a dissonance feast. Revisited this and Aeviterne then blasted Gorguts for the remainder.

The tunes had me going into the meeting feeling like I could conquer the world. Felt a lot less like that afterwards realising how much work I had been shafted with haha.
