I don't consider these guys to be much of an industrial band. Industrial music usually makes my ears bleed from a constant barrage of overly processed mechanical dogshit, but I actually think Rammstein's sound is unique enough to differentiate them from their "industrial" piers.

rockarollacola You my like Ruoska which is similar to Rammstein in some ways. As wall as Eisbreacher and Megaherz. Those two bands are a lot more electronic then Rammstein though. ASP is another good one but their a bit more gothis rock with some industrial bits. Eisheilig is a bit more gothic as well but their a bit heavier especially with the album Imperium.

Haven't listened to this yet in full, but I was thinking something along the lines of OP as well as far as the theme. Rammstein have stated before they would play until there's not six of them left, and at this point it will probably be death rather than a member leaving signifying the end of the band.
