I usually never comment about production, but...the chugs on this album are terrible. I was listening on Macbook speakers and honestly had a hard time distinguishing that it was, in fact, a guitar. Genuinely surprising coming from them.

Maybe I've been listening to Meshuggah too much recently, but I am partial to a bit of djent and generally like this band. This, for the most part though, lacks any depth, heaviness, intensity or crunch to the guitars. They sounded neutered half the time.
Plenty & Cypher sounded half decent and Nova sounds like Moby had a hand in the production.
