whoa this is a William Lindsay project? I met him at a random music industry camp/course thing, he's a good dude

"i keep thinking something is wrong with my headphones during nocturnalia, like i find the drumming very unexpected?"

okay yeah Monoculture ends this so beautifully. This is a hard 4 and I can't wait to see what they do next because it still feels like they have room to grow.

This was pretty good - never would've found it on my own. Very Foxing-y, although I wish they were a touch more energetic.

Lovely review and lovely album, even if I was slightly disappointed with it. I feel like this band has a ton of potential and hit it in some songs here. Hyacinth, Colorglut, Ohio, Strange Interactions, and Monoloth are all superb, the rest are good, but don't really compare. Strange Interactions is probably up there with my most played songs of the year

Colorglut really rules, maybe my favorite song here (there are several strong highlights)

Lovely album, there's not really something special about it, but nonetheless does this band and album have kind of a unique sound to them. Strange interactions is definitely the standout track and the closer with its screamed vocals gives me some lowkey Grandview vibes.

Yeah Bit of Grandview in these guys, also cleanly sung pianos become the teeth keep you-style.

Keep returning to this, love it.
