Melo Death usually isn't the one to go for me, but checked it due to the singles. Album has great moments and some of the best i've heard in a while, but also turned out pretty stale during the second half.

Bloody great album. Cleans will need to grow on me a little bit but will be one of the top of the year for sure. Can hear moments of Opeth, Ne Obliviscaris and Archspire throughout. Great stuff.

Oh yeah the Archspire style machine gun vocals caught my attention immediately once they showed up lol

My band toured with these guys a couple years back and I remember the singer telling us he wanted to do more cleans and that the band was fighting him on it lol. They sound good though. Implemented well

That solo melody in Dopamine Void pt2 is Immense
