I'm standing on the opposite side. I think vocals have been greatly improved. I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like that was my problem with the last one. Will revise, tho

I haven't gotten around to this yet but given how I felt about the previous two I'm hoping the change-up/new direction leads to more satisfying results. I'm cautiously optimistic.
Feb is so stupidly stacked I'm trying not to get ahead of myself, but with the mighty CoL on the horizon I should probably hurry it up a little... otherwise things like this may not get the attention they perhaps warrant!

This is fantastic from start to finish. Some of the riffage on here is pulled off so well you almost don't even realize where they stop and where they start. The rhythms presented here are perfectly complicated without delving into the jarring elements some other bands have when creating this style of music.

Mars, my recent tendency is to go cold turkey for the first few months of the year until I can no longer resist, then I spend the rest of the year scrambling around trying to catch up. Last year I'd barely heard anything until September... 20 albums maybe? This year I'm on nearly 3x that already.
At least I started early this time!
