I found the opener to be the "worst" track on here on first listen. It didn't really grab me and pull me in the way Demon is Man did, which I think set a better stage for my enjoyment of this.

The opener goes hard, really dig it. Sets the scene well.
Tracks 2-4 is a great run.
Only low point is track 5 onwards and that typo in track 2... should be 'Demon IS THE MAN!'. I'll be contacting my solicitor for deformation of character.

Oh yeah, that song is kinda in a different league (but def the easiest to vibe with), however I still love every song on this.

last 2 tracks in particular are heckin' slappers sheesh
i love how slim this is too. lot of bands in this genre can drag on and on but ~35 minute runtime is just perfect

yeah it would've been easy to drag this out unnecessarily, it's succinct and to the point without sacrificing depth. I mean it's not as though segments end abruptly, or without due reason.
Excellent stuff, probably a light 4.

I could, but that would break my current streak of shitting on substandard musics, something which gives me much satisfaction (because I'm a dick).
I do take longer to rate things I like, although this probably can safely be given the 4/5 treatment without much chance of a drastic change of heart.

I've listened to the entire album 3 or 4 times. What am I missing? These guys are local so I tried extra hard to like this but it's just...so...damn...slow. There was at least 15 minutes of runtime before I even registered a pulse. Unfortunately that quickly devolved into atmosphere. Maybe I need to switch to indica. However, out of respect for the masses who've rated this highly, I will abstain from a rating and consider this a lesson in musical genres I'm just not into.
