> I thought tech wasn't your cup of tea
Normally it is not, and normally I wouldn't listen to this, but the YouTube algorhythm put this into my playlist and I liked it. Most bands push the "guitar-wankery" to the extremes which kinda kills the mood for me. But I found it surprisingly easy to listen to.

It is the band's most accessible/catchy album to date, no doubt

"This might be Muenzner’s best performance" Slightly disagree, I prefer his Alkaloid riff writing, but this is neat too.

I've always thought of Muenzner as primarily as a highly skilled writer/performer of solos, not sure how big his part is in riff writing and song composition as a whole, in Obscura and next to Kummerer. And in Alkaloid there's Morean and Tunker as well. I think Eternity's End has more of his riff writing.

Diluvium needs more love, that album is tech as fuck. Rafael did a great job on it as lead guitarist.

When you realized the "Forsaken" solo section, you can hear "Bark at the Moon" solo tho.
Listen at 5:50 - 6:10
