Flesh Ripping Sonic Torment is all of this album's best ideas in one ten minute song. Best track by a country mile, but this is better than a lot of people are giving it credit for. Second half in particular brings the riffs hard. m/
lol worthy album cover tho agreed

It's aight, they've been all over the place their whole career sound wise. I can't say that any of their albums are bad though

The dinner set vinyl looks kinda cool. I don't think the album is good enough to spend $120 on though lol

Something I'd correct is that Tom Draper didn't play on the album. In the CD notes, it introduces him as the new live guitarist. The recording trio is Jeff, Bill and Dan.

Solid album that progressively improves as you listen it.
It has that unique carcass sound that we all know and hope for, but there is nothing that stands out too much. Despite that, very enjoyable work.

This is pretty good, but I definitely prefer Surgical Steel. I can't say I'm a big fan of how midtempo the first half of the album is

Been really enjoying this album. Ten songs and no duds in my opinion, just a solid, fun collection of songs. Honestly surprised by average but oh well.
