They are purposely using old recording equipment? Some of this sounds like it'd be pretty sick if it were clearer. A lot of the harmonics and details sound muted and lost.

Honestly it seems like Fenriz and Ted are just embracing their influences and making whatever that makes them happy. Ever since The Underground Resistance they’ve been dropping awesome records that sound like they’re just having a good time, being the cool and chill uncles of the black metal realm lmao.
