you'd 3.2 it and call it something along the lines of pleasant vanilla toast lacking the bite of real toast or something i think

as for the other currency keys: idk i just google 'euro sign' and then ctrl v ctrl c

Now I must know what Johnny thinks of this just to compare and contrast with that incredibly accurate parody of the average Jotw take

Tossed this on a playlist along with the most recent releases from The Mountain Goats, Low Roar, Lord Huron, Souveneers and Lucy Dacus. Playlist flows nice on shuffle.

I've spun all three of this band's LPs in recent days, it's all lovely summery stuff but at this point I can't rank any of them over a 3.5. This one is beautiful but feels lacking something for me, I'm going to keep on rotation and it may well grow on me.

I will say anyone who enjoys this should check their previous album October Song, I think it's comparable quality to this one. In addition, the band's standalone single cover of The Kinks' Waterloo Sunset (you can find it in Spotify) is really great (classic song as well).

This album is the anathema of witchy sadgirl dream pop. This is dream pop for blue jeans and cuffed flannel shirts. No heavy eyeliner. Just good vibes.

I love you has no end

This reminds me of Juliana Daugherty - Light quite a bit, especially the vocals

Anyone who loves this should give that overlooked gem a go

Glad people are liking this. My first impression was just that it was very solid, like consistently good to the point that it was unusual. That led me to come back several more times, and I was eventually guided to the realization that the lyrics are wonderful. I'm not sure if the experience ever knocks me on my ass, but the shimmering guitars and skyward synths that come in late on a lot of these songs come close. Definitely one of my favorite finds of 2021, it's just perpetually chill.
