We'll Always Have The Blues, Ghost, Geraldene and Anchor stuck out to me first listen. Anchor and Ghost stick out to me most

Nice. Ghost and Anchor are especially nice choices :-) my favorite is a tie between I Don't Like It and The Wind's Just Gonna Blow.

This is a little uneven in terms of overall quality, and the 4.5 is probably a tad hyperbolic, but yeah - the atmosphere is amazing and songs like I Don't Like It, The Wind's Just Gonna Blow, Tinman, and Anchor make this stand out in such a good way.

I’d say it’s pretty consistent actually

Nice. For me, Am I Right or Amarillo and Homegrown Tomatoes feel a tad silly while a few others (like Tequila Does) just aren't on the same level as the best songs here. With that said, I still believe that the atmosphere is very consistent. Love it when big time artists like Lambert retreat from the spotlight and do their own thing without the influence of a big corporate machine. Hope she does more stuff like this, in a stripped-down band/collaborative setting, even if it's just on the side of her main pop career.

I like both Am I Right or Amarillo and Homegrown Tomatoes quite a bit. Probably the only song I don't like is Geraldene. I could probably do without Two-Step Down to Texas too.

I feel like Geraldine should be a standout but her vocals in the chorus are just a tad grating

Feel the same way about Geraldene. I like that she's trying to be raw, but she takes it too far. It's still really good anyway.
