I like the album cover, even though it's very on the nose. As for the music, those tremolo melodies were my fave part and sets this apart from its peers imo.

Very potent album, incredibly atmospheric with captivating storytelling. They really managed to capture the horror and absurdity of war and transport it with their sound. The fact that the vocals are in German makes it much more accessible and authentic to me. Really couldn’t stop listening to it from beginning to end due to the vivid pictures they create with their crushing music. Thanks again for the rec manosg, this is a great one.

Finally got to listen to this, fuckin' a.

Great use of ambience, atmosphere and variety to complement the concept. Giving me strong 1914 vibes too, in a good way!

Enjoying this so far. I definitely don't think WW1 is a particularly unique topic, both 1914 and Minenwerfer use the same concept, however it's still a fun topic nonetheless.

Maybe not unique per se, but it is a new concept. Never before has it been explored this fervently in music.
