"it’s crazy that a band this talented doesn’t have the budget for more than that"

I mean, it is crazy, no? I realise this is a fairly niche genre, but there are people (here) who would place them (particularly this album) in the higher echelons of the dissodeath world; some may even take this over the commonly cited all-time greats
just saying it's a shame for those that wished for a few more dates is all, really nothing more to it

Yea I interpreted Demon's post as more of a commentary on success not necessarily scaling with talent, but it is what it is. If you're at the ~peak~ of a niche sub-genre of an already commercially-averse genre, it might be hard to sell your b(r)and.
Also remember this is only their sophomore. They'll get the audience they deserve (fingers crossed).

They have the audience they deserve. Just don't expect artists & bands in niches like this to live off their music, I guess. If you're doing this you're in it for the passion, and if there's a budget for recording and touring it's usually earned elsewhere...

yeah, I don't expect them to 'live off their music' at this level of popularity, I'm not a complete moron
Okay then, it's a shame they're not rich af so they can fund their passion more appropriately and play a few more dates, better? I wasn't expecting them to be doing a year-long 'world tour' over here, lol

New dissodeath law: Gotta be as many tour dates as there are letters in your last album name
