Man, Breaking the Silence owns. Only song I don't care for is The Line.

"I was wrong thinking you were right" for me, but even that one is starting to click.

It's interesting how everyone has a different favorite.

i do feel like almost everyone agrees a taste is the best song here, no?

my ranking rn would be: a taste > the line > under the hood > been a little while > loud > i was wrong > breaking the silence > dream steppin > someone to serve

Meh, A Taste is defs in the top half but think it's been oversold. Peaks a little early, not the best imo

Get Someone to Serve tf out of last place plz and thank

Good review, Dew. Some typos in here, I think:

A song like “Someone to Serve” for example, not only is insanely catchy, it also shows how confident the duo has growth in drying out some of the ethereal atmosphere of their debut in favor of a more tangible sound that relies more in beats and bops and less on layers of synths and keys.

the bookends are maybe the weakest tracks here but the run from Loud through A Taste rules

Awesome review, thanks for writing it. I find the "afterparty-at-dawn feel" wonderfully apt. This second body feels more immediate than the first, but I don't mean it as a negative. Hard to choose a favourite track. A Taste is undoubtedly a very strong contender, but my taste leans toward Someone to Serve to be honest.

'..how confident the duo has growth in drying out some of..' this part doesn't read entirely right to me, did you mean 'how confidently the duo has grown'?

only typo i spot is '..relies more in beats..' in = on

Aaaah got it Jesp, tx!

"A taste" shook my world since it was released as a single. Best track of the year for me.
