The least essential death metal band ???

I heard that Mark was struggling with drugs but I'm not aware of any official word on what happened.

gotta hand it to them, every album they ever release sounds different to the last, in Deathcore that's not so easy! maybe its got something to do with them again; CHANGING VOCALISTS LIKE I CHANGE MY UNDERWEAR

I've listened through now and to echo what has been said - it isn't bad. I find it pretty derivative and not really very interesting though. Unlikely to listen again.

Oh piss yes, more apocalyptic deathcore. Just what we all need.

Just isn't clicking with me, not bad but feels kind of souless

The new vocalist sounds too similar to CJ from TAIM and I just cannot get over it

I don't know if your summary on this review is a quote from the album or something else but I love it. Good review. Need to give this a shot

Interesting point, but actually it ties into the ideas I've outlined in the first paragraph. History repeats itself/lack of learning from species mistakes etc. Nothing specific, bit can relate to some special need depending on how the reader takes the implications. I'm not trying to sound prolific or profound - but there's some thought process involved.

I read it in a way more philosophical/deep way than I probably should have on the home page and now I can't undo it lol. I see what you were getting at though

This record is better than expected, quite a breath of fresh air although their initial formula didn't have anything to complain about. Don't even miss the former vocalist that much in album context
