"Black kraut..."
I saw what you did there ;) That was a nice catch Mr. Dewinged
"please feature this"
Cheers & thanks parksungjoon ;) I've had a featured review recently, it would be hard to have two in a row.

Not when the gear's good. Don't start selling yourself short now

I really had to look into that, it's a Chevy Chase's movie quote, right?

Pleasant review indeed. Couldn’t previously get into this band. Will be listening.

Thanks guys
I had the chance to hear it in the car for the first time this morning and the production is also nice. 'Kuulen ääniä maan alta' is a great AM jam.

Prefer their previous effort upon first listen. Hopefully i've just scratched the surface

This album has a colder, sharper approach, it may take longer to get into. Yet I also love Värähtelijä, 'Vasemman käden hierarkia' is a personal favourite.

Fair enough. I didn't quite get same surprise I got when Saturatio first hit me, but I'll give it a few more spins

At first I wasn't impressed, but it left a seed in my ears anyway. Now it's growing a lot, to a point that I might consider it as one of their best works. It's more dissonant than their previous efforts, yet it retains the same magnet and glacial charm. Funny you mentioned Kraftwerk, to me this reminds a lot of another band from the same scene: Tangerine Dream (Zeit era).

Good review. Never listened to much of their old stuff, but enjoyed this a fair bit on first listen. I'll have to give it a few more to see if it sticks, but this is a winning sound for me

Thanks wildinferno2010, I hope it eventually grows on you.
Cheers eirinn
I also think it's one of their best releases to date, alongside Värähtelijä.
"Funny you mentioned Kraftwerk, to me this reminds a lot of another band from the same scene: Tangerine Dream (Zeit era)."
Most definitely. The Krautrock scene is heavily embedded in the band, Klaus Schulze also comes to mind.
