Bon Iver is def a big influence, lots of their self-titled in here.

These comparisons are all over the map and I haven't heard a single one of them. Not to say this isn't good but I don't understand the some of the related(s).

Yeah Boney for sure. First two albums I thought of were Bon Iver, Bon Iver and Golden Hour.

Get more or a 60s vibe here meets William Tyler personally

This actually reminds me of Big Thief's U.F.O.F. at times. I think I can definitely say this will be the AOTM. We'll have to see how Brian Fallon goes, but this is gonna be tough to beat.

Great review. Really intrigued to see where the rating will settle, because it’s starting off ridiculously (and deservingly) well.

I know it's not fair to judge the book by its cover but holy crap, I swear that some artists really make it look like they don't want anyone to listen to their shit.

You got a cat flying through the cosmos on a burrito as an avy Boney, of course there's nothing wrong with the cover for you

Yeah just about to finish my second listen and this is special. It has just enough experimentation and nuance to be interesting without seeming like it’s trying too hard (which is saying something because I can be a big fan of the bombastic)

I'm confused, and I'm hyped

Yeah thought this was nice on first listen. It's a really cool sound this guy has developed. I'll take dream country, or dream pretty much anything.
