it is unorthodox, definitely not something I will criticize them for.
a good and interesting EP.
I won't surprise one day this band starts a free improvisation tour.

This review is over dramatic AF, this “album” if you can even call it that just sounds like the band having some fun with misc electronic shit. Take it or leave it.

Holy shit this is atrocious why does this exist?

"Underground Big" is a real patience-tester and a borderline offensive track.

Listened through, will probably never return except possibly for misc. background music the next couple weeks. Enjoyed Many Truck and ?, felt basically indifferent about everything else. Disposable, but nothing to get your panties in a bunch about.

“a good and interesting EP.”
.....no.
If you’re searching for a “good” and “interesting” BMTH EP then check out ‘The Chillout Sessions’

this review could use some editing. it's pretty sloppy for a staff review.

Music to cringe to.

the whole blacksmith intro is a bit awkwardly written and seems pointless because it doesn't go anywhere. I don't know if that's meta commentary but it doesn't work. case in point:
"coming from their gran’s gardening shed will soon house an armoury of formidable weapons."
the subject of the sentence randomly changes

"As such, I found Amo to be a fantastic release for the band, easily one of this year’s biggest highlights, and a record that wasn’t as far removed from its roots as people would have you believe, rather one that integrated plenty of new and exciting elements into their writing: namely electronics which have been a foreshadowing of theirs as far back as Suicide Season."
run on sentence!

"with “Steal Something”’s dreamy"
a triple quotation mark?
"so much here to sieve through."
as far as i know a sieve is an object but the verb youre looking for is "sift".

is this really a band effort though? as far as I've heard its mostly a Jordan Fisher venture somehow mislabeled as a Horizon project, even Sykes barely appears on the recording, but idk I have no interest to dive into this

ya'll are wylin' if any band in the world other than bmth released this you would be slobbin on their knobs
