"No serious progressive rock fan can be without at least four or five King Crimson’s albums in his private collection."

My sister offered me a turn table....maybe it's time X) The gender can be applied here, because I do have a penis. The major flaw, in this case, is that I'm yet to own something you could call a private collection.

It's nice pal. Today vinyl records are back in fashion. And since you have a penis...lol.

I have a handful of my own, from back in the days, when I used my father's turn table - OK Computer; Pablo Honey; Frances The Mute; Lateralus; Bleach; Oracular Spectacular...and for my shame, someone offered me Viva La Vida...eeewww

Nice. But it's time to buy some classics, like King Crimson, Rush, Yes, etc.

ahah but OK Computer, Lateralus and Bleach are a classics on my eyes friend! Frances the Mute could be more debatable (as opposed to De-loused in the Comatorium, which I'd care to own)...I never listened to Viva la Vida I think, someone thought I enjoy Coldplay and gave that to me when it was released LMAO.

Rush and Yes its not quite my drill, but maybe someday it will be!

I agree. All those albums are great. But when I said classics I mean the classic bands of the 70's, prog or not prog. The bands that stood the test of time.

Nick Drake's Five Leaves Left is a beautiful record to throw in when it's cold and grey.

Classic bands deserve our money.

Yeah like the sentence: 20 years ago was the year 2000, but at the same time, 20 years ago were the 80's! It's crazy!

I feel you, to me the 80s will forever be 20 years ago
