There’s a few cracking cuts here, but the rest of the album fails to live up to them. Then you have Holy Terrain which truly sucks.
Hard to rate this... good’ seems about right overall.

I think this is her better album, the songs are more consistent in quality. I do like the aesthetic of LP1 more though. This album has this thing where it's wild electronics that always inevitably fall back into solo piano and vocals. This is cool and all, but it happens so often it becomes repetitive and predictable. I do still think this her better & more consistent record.

After going through her entire discog EP2 and LP1 are my favourites, but this is pretty damn good too.

Great album, not LP1 level of great though, sadly. She lost some musical character with Arca going away, but I loved all the tracks where Jaar is the main producer.

Prefer EP2 and LP1 to this as well. “Cellophane” is a high point for me but the rest I could take or leave. I enjoy her style and voice so I wouldn’t turn this off but I probably won’t replay this much, if at all.
