this is more melodic than their previous stuff, yes? heard a single and it was p good, might be compelled to check the whole thing out if it's in a similar vein.

best Joe-fronted FFAA album IMO. I've felt a little hit-or-miss about the last 2 albums with their atmospheric/melodic shift (especially The Great Collapse), but this one is really clicking for me. Your Pain Is Mine is the most emotive deathcore song I've ever heard.

Why does this website not allow for normal fucking login? So annoying.
Anyway the albumis very good Did hope for some more Gojira-isch riffing. It just goes to show hoe much potential to evolve deathcore has.

Can't think of a deathcore band that carries that much emotional depth within their lyrics and songwriting. Everything else is feeling more like being written with the aim to just be as broootal as possible
Only that comes close for me a whitechapel with their latest offering

I've never listened to this band before but this was good. Nice ode to early/mid 2000's metalcore.

I will say, I am not a fan of the vocalists higher register though.

Just the right amount of grooves and clean vocals. Also love how the cleans have a bit of raspiness to em
