I think these songs will be fun live though (except Faultline, that song sucks hard)

Fun fact; Luke Holland did drums for this record. I was wondering how the drums got so groovy, they for sure aren't Joe Rickard's style. I'm curious if the livedrummer can perform the parts at concerts though

Definitely disagree with this review. I've played this one through a few times already and if anything, I keep finding aspects of the songs I missed on earlier listens. It's not exactly the same as what was offered in previous albums but I would rather have something new than the same thing over and over again, anyway.

Pos'd cause that ratio is ridiculous. I couldn't get past the first few tracks on this, and previewing the rest of the it, I'm not quite sure how this band is regarded as anything other than Heavy Imagine Dragons

I consider them more like "Electronic Breaking Benjamin" for the most part but considering some of the songs on here Heavy ID also works.

I enjoyed Vessels but this review really gets me worried for this one, will check it out soon tho. If the lyrics are cheesier than usual it'll be an issue for me for sure.

[edit] very unfair negs, have a pos.

the negs are most likely fanboys who can't stand that fact that someone dared not like this album

I find the review a bit overly harsh, but it's not neggable. Just not gonna give it a pos

It's a shame, the first two albums are actually good, but this is garbage

A 2.5 does not equal garbage

Yeah, this really isn't that big a step down from their previous two. I'd take this over the new Korn without hesitation.

The band has kinda stayed the same, but I think the change in producer shows here. The drumming performance helps keep this record interesting for me, and I also like the synthwork

Ah man this is so meh.... The previous two definitely had better vocal performances, better instrumentation and the lyrics were never great but this one they are specially bad imo

Lyrics were never something I paid attention to with this band

Pretty much agreed. I loved the story, music and scifi samples to death on transmissions and made the band super exciting but they have been on an intense downward spiral ever since.
