@Pots: You would need to understand FlyLo as an artist/person to deduce that, surely if one doesn’t have the necessary context it may be misleading/misunderstood. I don’t think it’s fair to call people out as ‘not very bright’ on that basis.

it's like getting into the 5th installment in book series where you'll get lost without all the context and why it led to where it's going. you won't get into it as much as how others did. or like how rowan and talons needs to actually listen to parliament.

Spontaneous is one of my favorite songs on here. Shit is sooooo catchy.

not sure if me hearing George 30 years ago when he was good will magically make this a better album but ok

y'all ever heard that Wu-Tang cut with Clinton where they run out of verses like two minutes in and just let him ramble on the track for like four more minutes to fill up the time? I think it was on Iron Flag. that's what this shit reminds me of

I was being mostly facetious with my last comment and thought that was pretty obvious but now that I've seen rowan and demons reactions I changed my mind and I'm 100% serious now ;)

The part about not being bright that is. Nearly the entire album is drenched in irony, those 2 songs especially.

And yes that's a huge part of what makes yellow belly such a hit. One of the most immediate standouts for me

I think that sardonic sense of humour was on display in moments on you're dead and really just came to the forefront here. It's one if the most notable features when you look at his progression between cosmo/utqc and you're dead/this
