I skipped the album before this, but this is pretty solid. Just kinda unmemorable, still stoked to see them for the first time at furnace fest

I remember listening to this after it came out and being just less disappointed than I was after Abandoned, but man the writing on this record is awesome. If the mix was better and the vocals weren't so washed out this would be a top tier Defeater record in my eyes
