The songwriting is as good or better than prime TCTT, Thousand Below, Hands Like Houses and the like. Who exactly are you comparing them to when you say they have no talent? Deafheaven lol? The strings are nice but hardly the reason I like them.

It's not a band comparison thing. I've heard like ten million different metalcore bands in my life so I know what a well-constructed metalcore song sounds like compared to one that isn't.
Also I don't know who TCTT is but I think those other two bands suck too.
