Yeah this band's keyboard usage has always annoyed me a bit tbh

If I have one gripe with bands like cob or kalmah it's the keyboards
|
| |
Eh I feel you tbh. They bring the cheese sometimes but I love it.

Jammed it again today, not as good as HoB but better than Worship Chaos. Solidly like a 3.75 and a great listen
|
| |
Oddly enough I feel like both bands used just the right amount of keys on their debuts but then they kinda went overboard with it on subsequent albums

Thanks for the pos' guys! I found the keys a little less on the nose on this, mainly because of the production. But yeah, they're still there.

Kalmah's keys have sucked since they got the new keyboardist and his shitty sawtooth synths but dissing the keys on their first few albums should be a punishable offense

Very solid album, excellent riffs and guitar tone. Digging this album after many many years from COB.
