I couldn't bring myself to love this album I mean I tried but, they sound generic and uninspired. While I appreciate they didn't go full Parkway Drive/Underoath throwing the towel, the songs felt like a a monotonous chore where they filled gaps with w/e came to mind first.

Hot take: this band's only good album was The New Reign. The Discovery is bloated and boring. It's over for BOO-cels.

Born of Osiris is a band that desperatelly needs to switch things up and change their sound and image, because this just sounds exactly like everyting they've done the past 3 albums.

"i played the first track and had no urge to play any more of it"
Does it make sense to assign a score from only hearing one track? Or maybe you've played the whole album since that comment
