think you meant 'stranglehold' in the first para but nice review

I done tried it all, tried it all, hey, I can't stop this inteeernal bleeeeding
Fantastic review. I feel like the second para could've been split at "this is an album" but that's inconsequential.

I think that song is about hemorrhoids

Haven't listened yet, Silvery Sometimes is okay and Solara is just like a really bland Bullet With Butterfly Wings to me. Also the "I'm not everyone" thing is so cliché.
I enjoyed your review but one sentence came off really awkward to me.
"...considering how "Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)" is about as good as a 2018 variation on "1979" and the acoustic tracks on Adore could possibly be"
I don't even have any input on changing it just reads clunky to me and also doesn't have enough substance carry it's weight. Not enough clarification that "1979" is a track from Adore and so on.
Kudos!

"Cash Car Star's reissue version on the deluxe version of Adore is fantastic
it really emphasizes how bad the decisions on Machina were"
well, that's one way to present an incorrect opinion!

CCS Machina kicks ass
the Adore version sounds like an outtake of an outtake from Nine Inch Nails's first album
Ok it's not bad but still. M2 version is relentless

"I might be a pumpkins fanboy, but disrespect Corgan's work post melon collie is insulting."
I don't really think that's what he was going for. More of a "don't waste your time, they've done better" kind of comment

There have been at least one or two classic or potential classic SP songs on every post 90s album, give or take. I would say this is the first record where I really can't find a single standout track that hasn't been done much better before. Silvery Sometimes is probably the best song and it's a blatant rewrite of 1979, there's just nothing substantial here.

Silvery's really not that much like 1979, lol. It's a pop song with a driving beat, they're allowed more than one of those in their catalog ya know

Also yeah dont get the Silvery/1979 comparisons, plus Perfect is just a blantant rewrite of that song and it's amazing so
|

54 is a lot higher than I expected it to chart tbh nobody wants to listen to the bald bitch stroke his ego

Silvery Sometimes and With Sympathy are both good tho

That's 20 less than monuments
And with the amount of advertising I've seen for it and their tour that's really sad
