But Poison the Well isn’t even close to the first metalcore band and they formed the same year as Atreyu

I didn't hate this album as much as most folks did, but man, some of these songs are absolutely awful.

Formulaic, uninspired, and at times down right awkward. The sound of some songs is not that bad, but there is so much here that has been done before and much better mind you. Superhero is by far one of the worst songs I have ever heard.
