the name Scorched reminds me of a little known user from ages ago, Black Malachite, anyone remember that guy? He was working on a ground breaking Space Opera, and one of the characters was "Skorch Dealer" if I remember correctly. I just checked and he released a new album in September so I think he's still alive. Anways... yeah this riffs pretty hard from the couple songs I heard, need to check the whole thing but definitely up my alley.
