Well it *tries* to be that, but every in-depth song is followed by a mediocre pop single. For what the album is, I think it's okay. I might actually lower to a 2.5 having listened to it a few times. I'm kinda torn between both a 2.5 and 3. It's okay, but not very impactful. There are some real emotional moments, but none that hit hard enough to draw anything memorable.
