There's no way this is THAT bad.
right?

Wack ranking. Real would be above Dark Matter if the production wasn't so fucking terrible.

Also wtf. Empire is best

@Concubinary this album is like a slightly heavier Skillet album.

I was just ranking albums, Empire would be behind Deceiver for me

I so do not see the Skillet comparison

I don't see the Skillet thing either, like at all
|

this band is toast
my friend went to a show of theirs here recently, was in a venue half the size of their last show here, and it was barely half full

I'll never forget seeing them in 2012 with Parkway, Veil of Maya, and While She Sleeps, that show was spectacular. Shame that they aren't getting great turnouts now, they always kill it live

Instead of saying "stupid rap cameo" say something more creative and constructive like "uninspiring" rap cameo. Saying stupid makes you sound like you're still in middle school.

Hmm. Good point. I'll go ahead and change that.

Used to jackoff to their early stuff up to Deceiver when I thought they were the techiest band ever lol
|
| |
Shame this scene (from this casual fan's point of view) is sorta dying out

Dude same bloc, I thought Deceiver was the most technical album ever lmao
Also agreed Alex

This has a few pretty good songs.

Branded, Grunge, and Dark Matter are all so great, I have no idea how this album has literally nothing worth coming back to.

Those three do own. Real Life and My Enemy are the only tracks I ever come back to on this, even then I don't remember the last time I heard them

Not a big fan of Branded... but Grunge and Dark Matter are indeed fabulous.
I'm still kind of digging certain songs off this one. Stare at the Sun is such a jam.
