Just recently discovered Gazpacho and goddamn why didn't I give them a chance sooner. They're one of the best bands I ever listened to, and nothing post-Night has ever been close to going below a 4. That said, Soyuz is the first one that broke that sweet run, I just didn't find it that satisfying on first listen. Will surely listen to it again, but I feel Molok and Demon were more interesting. I zoned out here and there while listening to this, and it's not like this is more sleepy than the rest of their discography. Still, a 3.5 feels too low for a band this talented, just hope it will grow on me more.

For me, not even Soyuz. I love this album. The opener has some of my favourite bass lines. Emperor Bespoke is one of my all time favourites from them, and I find Soyuz Out to be an incredible ''epic''. Really stoked for the next one, too.
