Zak I don’t get how you can criticize bands like Brand New for being insincere and then praise this, Alex Turner reeks of trying to be something he is not here - I mean, he even attempts a knock off Bowie impersonation on a few of these songs. This album is so so void of any real emotion.

Star Treatment is exceptionally good. I don't know if the rest will stick with me, but it was also good. Great review, obviously. (One super minor, probably incorrect thing, though: I think the first sentence makes more sense with either "he's" or "puts", just because the "has" seems to bring it into the present tense.)
